A HUGE THANK YOU TO LTW supporter Helen Warrington who undertook the gruelling Ullswater Challenge on 21st October, which involved running 24 miles with her fab trailie companions, Ace and Tarn. This was no easy jog – it involved running up and down fells in a variety of weather including driving, horizontal rain and sunshine with rainbows. With YOUR support sponsoring her, Helen raised an amazing £1025.11. 

We would also like to thank Tina Airey and the HTA for collecting £200.11 of the final total on the same day in support of Helen, at the Helton Hound Trails which were held just over the fell from Ullswater.

As of the date of writing this (23/10/2018), Trailhound Welfare has helped 47 trailhounds in 2018. We have privately homed 21 hounds, sent 24 to trusted rehoming centres all over the country and have 2 hounds in long term foster homes.
